Weekly Progress - June 4, '23
It was kind of an odd week. Monday and Tuesday we were in Tofino, and I didn’t track calories or weigh in. I also didn’t exercise as much as normal but probably walked more than normal. So on Wednesday morning when I could weigh in again I didn’t know what to expect. But I’d done well and continued the trend of dropping weight.
On Friday I weighed in at 99.6 kg - which is a milestone of dropping 2 kg since starting!
My last weigh in of the week on Sunday was at 99.8 kg. So slight fluctuation upwards but nothing to be concerned about.
However we also headed out for a 4 day vacation to Hornby Island with my mother in law. So more hard to track meals, no weigh ins, and a bit more unknown for a bit longer of a timeframe. I was feeling hopeful going in but then dinner last night had me worried - potatoes, corn, garlic bread, smoked salmon. Not quite the protein focused meal I’ve been working on but it was a special one and being polite is sometimes more important.
